I’m a British actor and filmmaker based in East Anglia, with experience across film, television, and theatre.

My work includes roles in Unwelcome (Warner Bros), and Up and Down (BFI/Evolution Films). I bring an authentic presence to both dramatic and character-led roles, drawing on a background of 22 years’ service in the Ministry of Defence and training with the National Theatre and Bravo 22 Company.

I’m a proud advocate for authentic disability representation on screen and work regularly as an assistant director, writer and creative consultant.
